Oilfield Procurement Services

Wellquip offers expertise in the supply of varied oilfield equipment/products to the meet the needs of the Nigerian upstream and downstream oil and gas sector. Cargo and materials shipment is provided using preferred mode of transportation suitable best to our customers. ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION SERVICES :

Engineering :
we provide clients with the best possible Conceptual Analysis, Business Valuations, Front End Engineering Design (FEED), Detailed Design, Process Selection, Follow-on Engineering, Upgrade, Revamp and Debottlenecking Studies.

Mechanical Services / Structural Fabrication and Installation:
We handle fabrication and welding of steel materials, especially for steel frame structures including Offshore Cargo Carrying Units (CCUS), Equipment Skids, Storage tanks, Portable Cabins (using sandwich panels and other materials/fittings per clients spec.), Towers & Derricks, Platform decks and treatment plants. Wellquip expertise also covers Mechanical Equipment Maintenance and Repairs, Valves and Pumps Maintenance, Servicing and refurbishment, High Pressure Hose Installations & Testing, Pipeline Technology, leakage repairs, Corrosion Protective Coating Services.

Pipeline Technology:-
WELLQUIP ENERGY designs pipeline system for small product facilities, gathering system and large/distant transfer facilities. We are familiar with multi-phase network analysis, single and multi-phase product lines, pipe laying, welding and pressure testing (low and high pressure range), pipeline pigging, inspection, maintenance services and Hook - up of process piping.

We specialize in the use of composite material for pipeline leak containment, repairs and corrosion control. PRT Aquawrap is a composite material made of glass fiber material and specially prepared resin are used to stop any form of leak and corrosion on oil or gas pipe, also vandalized pipes are also repaired using this technology, which is cheap, safe and remove unnecessary equipment down time.

The PRT split sleeve repairs clamp (SSRC) are a high integrity split pressure vessel utilizing a perimeter elastomer seal system, specifically engineered for long term repairs of pipelines, encapsulation of leaking valves, encapsulation of leaking flanges and advance remediation of potential problem areas both onshore and offshore. Nominal sizes from 2inch thru 54inch are available in virtually every length and configuration, in working pressure ranges up to 5000 PSI. (Read more)

Corrosion Protective Coating:-
Our latest Ice blasting Technology is analogous to grit and sandblasting as it uses Ice instead of sand, this Ice blasting technology is a safe and cost effective alternative to sandblasting, abrasive blasting and water blasting. The Iceblaster is employed in cleaning of Offshore CCUs, piping and accessories, large refinery tanks, flow stations/production facility, sensitive areas, like wires, pneumatic control lines, fittings and glass, platforms, pipes, all grades rigs refurbishment ,equipment, tools, and wellheads as well as large marinas to blast the barnacles off boats and other water vessels.

The equipment is ideal for situations where high water usage or high levels of airborne or environmental contamination are unacceptable. This includes cleaning in encloses spaces, hazardous material removal—such as lead paint or asbestos abatement—and cleaning near environmentally sensitive areas.
